Dr. Mary Mwangi is a certified educator, instructional technologist, and founder of the EMIT Center (Empower, Mentor, Inspire, Transform). With credentials in engineering, technology, mathematics, and physics, she brings a dynamic blend of STEM expertise and creative innovation to every project. Dr. Mwangi is passionate about coding, designing-everything from websites and graphics to custom t-shirts and decor. Her main hobby is DIY—crafting. 

Through EMIT, she leads personalized coaching and tutoring programs that help learners of all ages excel academically, navigate career transitions, and master time management for peak performance. Her approach is holistic, empowering, and deeply rooted in the belief that every second counts.

Early Childhood Educator | Learning Resource Developer | Student Mentor

Maryanne Mwaura is a seasoned Early Childhood Educator with over 15 years of experience inspiring young learners and shaping inclusive, engaging classrooms. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and is widely recognized for her ability to design differentiated teaching resources that support diverse learning styles and intelligences.

Maryanne’s approach is rooted in empathy and excellence. She is especially passionate about supporting “time takers”—students who thrive at their own pace—and has a deep commitment to empowering dyslexic learners. Her tailored strategies help children understand their unique learning pathways and unlock their full academic potential.

Beyond academics, Maryanne equips students with essential life skills through public speaking, leadership training, and compassionate guidance. Her work in counseling fosters resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being among learners navigating personal and educational challenges.

Creativity is central to Maryanne’s teaching philosophy. As a dancer and song composer, she integrates music and movement into her lessons, making learning joyful, memorable, and holistic. Her dedication extends into co-curricular and community engagement, where she actively participates in the Scouts movement and is celebrated as a dynamic Mistress of Ceremony.

Grounded in faith, Maryanne draws daily inspiration from the Bible, which guides her personal and professional journey. Her work reflects a deep commitment to nurturing the whole child—academically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Instructional coach I Intervention specialist

 Deborah Mays is a seasoned special education expert with over 17 years of experience in urban school systems across Georgia and Tennessee. She holds multiple endorsements—including Dyslexia, Instructional Coaching, and Intervention Specialist—and is certified by the Georgia PSC at Level 6. Deborah specializes in IEP development, data-driven instruction, and inclusive teaching strategies. She has led PLCs, coached educators, and implemented multisensory interventions that significantly boost literacy outcomes for students with exceptionalities. Passionate about equity and innovation, Deborah seeks remote or hybrid roles where she can elevate instructional practices and support student success through strategic coaching and compliance excellence.

Dr. Michael Timothy Sadera is a seasoned educator with over 25 years of experience spanning K–12 and higher education. With a deep commitment to student-centered learning, Dr. Sadera has taught diverse populations across multiple disciplines—including English, Math, Social Studies, and adult education—while fostering inclusive, character-building environments that inspire lifelong learning.

Holding a Doctorate in Teaching & Learning, alongside master’s degrees in Education and Leadership Studies, Dr. Sadera blends academic rigor with practical classroom expertise. He is known for designing engaging, differentiated curricula that integrate critical thinking, technology, and real-world application. His instructional approach is rooted in equity, innovation, and mentorship, ensuring that every learner feels seen, supported, and challenged.

Maureen Mwaura is a results-driven professional with expertise in accounting, social media management, and event planning. She combines financial accuracy with creative strategy to ensure both organizational efficiency and strong brand presence. With a passion for innovation, teamwork, and excellence, Maureen is committed to delivering high-quality work, building meaningful connections, and creating memorable experiences through every project she manages.

Joseph is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of InfinitiTech Solutions, where he leads a dynamic team in delivering web development, AI-integration, digital marketing, software programming, and cybersecurity solutions to forward-thinking organisations. Concurrently, he serves as a STEM instructor at Hopewell STEM Academy, empowering the next generation of technologists.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and is currently pursuing a second Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology at Kabarak University. His technical expertise spans full-stack web development, AI systems integration, software development leadership, digital marketing strategy, and cybersecurity.
